Welcome was very pleasant and speedy. Staff during stay helpful. A good breakfast choice and the entire hotel was clean. This is not the first time we have broken our journey by staying here and with the exception of Sunday nights we will stay again.

This modern hotel is ideally situated for us to get a nights sleep before crossing under the Channel. We have used it many times as it is about five minutes drive from the terminal and as the breakfasts are good and the dinners are excellent ( not open Sunday evenings ) we intend to use it again hopefully many more times. The rooms are comfortable and with very good bathrooms and on this visit we were not surprised to see an extension being built. No use to me but there are also several electric car charging points on site.

My second visit to this Hotel. I travel with a small dog and they accept dogs. The Hotel is incredibly clean, I also congratulated the cleaner ladies for such a great job. The breakfast is good and yummy. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

The room was spacious and the meals large, well cooked and excellent value for money. There was a good set menu for the evening meal and excellent range of food at breakfast. A big plus was the availability of gluten free bread.

This hotel is very convenient for Le Shuttle. It takes pets and is situated in an area with plenty of access to walks for our dog

Great location just after arriving on a late channel train. Great sized room for me and my three dogs. Large grassed area in front of the hotel to walk the dogs. Nice to have a kettle, ceramic mugs and coffee/tea provided. Very nice bathroom. I will definitely stay again when travelling via Le Shuttle

We had stayed before and knew what we were getting...location near0 the Tunnell, hotel good, friendly and helpful Staff and good meal. Suits us right down to the ground.

Property is superb. Within easy access from the euro tunnel, but slightly tucked away which was really good on the security front. Rooms were fantastic, spacious, well equipped, and quiet. Really well equipped for people with electric cars.

Access to hotel just off motorway, easy to find, 2 mins away from the Eurotunnel, over other side of the roundabout by hotel was the Channel Outlet, huge shopping centre and supermarkets. Lots of places to eat. Lovely warm room, nice hot shower, very comfy beds. It also had a bar and a restaurant if you needed it. Very dog friendly, dogs were even allowed in the bar and restaurant.
